Christopher G. Lai is an Associate at Gauntlett & Associates. As a 2006 graduate of Loyola Marymount, he received the top 10% of grades in Introduction to Appellate Advocacy, Federal Income Taxation, Tax Practice and Procedure, Estate and Gift Taxation Courses. He received his B.A in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles in 2001. For the past few years Mr. Lai has worked for major companies drafting and preparing legal agreements for a variety of transactions, including vendor and marketing agreements, real estate agreements and joint venture agreements. He also has experience researching and preparing pleadings, including motions to compel discovery, demurrers, complaints, answers and motions to strike in general civil and employment litigation matters.
