Hi-tek pursued a claim against Farmers Insurance Group and Truck Insurance Exchange in L.A. Superior Court for recovery of attorneys' fees paid in defense of counterclaims filed against Bobtron International and Rush Hour Clothing aka Boy London in Hi-tek Designs London U.S.A. v. Bobtron International, et al., U.S.D.C., C.D. Cal., Case No. 92-3431R. Hi-tek procured the lion's share of its defense fees from Farmers through this litigation. Farmers was also defending the party sued under a separately issued policy.
