GAUNTLETT & ASSOCIATES NEGOTIATES A GLOBAL SETTLEMENT RESOLVING FOUR LAWSUITS REGARDING SIX PARTIES TO A COVERAGE SUIT....
G&A negotiated a settlement for its client, SmartReply, Inc., of a coverage case in the Western District of Washington brought against two insurers who, in turn, filed third-party complaints against three of SmartReply's customers concerning the insurers' duties to defend and settle three underlying federal class-action cases that had been brought against SmartReply and its customers. The global settlement permitted resolution of all four lawsuits on behalf of the six parties to the coverage suit and thanks from G&A's client, SmartReply:
