Misclaiming that Products are 100 Percent Olive Oil Covered

Atlapac Trading Co., Inc. v. American Motorists Ins. Co., No. CV 97-0781 CBM, 1997 WL 1941512, 1997 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21943  (C.D. Cal. Sept. 19, 1997).  Falsely claimed that a product which combined canola with olive oil was "100% pure olive oil" fell within "misappropriation of advertising ideas or style of doing business" offense, especially as it replaced earlier policy language - unfair competition with "no change in scope."
