Residential Subdivision Copyright Claim Covered

(Consultant) LTS Builders Inc. v. Erie Insurance Exchange, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas County, Case No. 003844, Order July 31, 1998.  The court found that architectural design plans for a subdivision development where displayed on advertising materials disseminated to potential purchasers of homes within the subdivision evidenced copyright infringement and a causal connection sufficient to trigger a defense.
