OUR PROFESSIONALS

Gauntlett Law attorneys represent businesses in insurance coverage and intellectual property disputes. They represent insurance policyholders when insurers fail to pay for the defense of major business lawsuits including copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement, unfair competition, and antitrust when insurers fail to defend them. Gauntlett Law attorneys have won judgments or have collected hundreds of millions of dollars from insurers for defense of such suits. Gauntlett Law attorneys have also spent decades defending businesses in these critical suits. Insurance coverage and intellectual property legal disputes are complex and our attorneys spend their full time on such cases in federal and state courts across the country.
